It's been a while so I'm not positive, but I think I got 2 of the 3 at either Fred Meyer our local grocery store, or Walmart. One I bought at a local Goodguys show. All 3 are identified as Johnny Lightning representing a 1964 Chevy Pickup. They are also marked 2004 Playing Mantis China.

I've got a '64 and a '65 (according to the package) from Johnny Lightning. The '65 is the same as the one above. The '64 is a step bed with "Oak Brook Chevrolet" on the drivers door. Its also white in color. Just in case anyone was interested.

Hot Wheels also has an '83 Silverado in the "Modern Classics" Series. Its red and white.
