I put in a paypal disput on sunday and he replied 2 hours later that the part will be shipped today. I will be waiting and let everyone know the outcome jeff

I never got the part, put a claim in, and paypal decided in my favor. Now we will see if he has any money in his account.

Paypal sucks, they want you to wait 30 days to file a claim. Then if you haven't filed in 45 days they mark it resolved!! For only ten bucks I'm not even going to do a CC dispute. I just hope Karma gives him what he deserves!!

Titles mean nothing. The default ones go by post count, and anyone can change them to anything they want via the usercp

I spoke with Mark Ohern a short while ago. It was an interesting conversation to say the least. I really don't believe he intentionally ripped anyone off, he does not seem computer literate at all and I think his wife was handling all the payments/shipping and he was just the one acquiring the parts??

They refunded my money shortly after speaking with him.

I just received my window regulators. I guess you could say that he made good. Only problem is I already purchased another set from another source. In all fairness however, I did not forward this info to anyone.

I just recieved the cab corner mouldings that I ordered...and then was refunded. I too purchased from another source. Now what? I don't want them...and it'll cost him or me to return them. Ideas?

I just recieved the "Custom/20" emblems I ordered. I also recieved a refund from paypal. I will be sending the money I was refunded back to plzsale to make good on my end.

Finally got my rubbers, note seller is "not trustworthy" and to allow him to get anew screen name and access anywhere on this site is unacceptable in my eyes!!! Pm and this section who cares he ripped people off period. A thief is a thief in my book.

This allows the problems to be rectified.If he`s not allowed access how do we work things out?The original "Vendor" account was closed due to the problems and to avoid more.

I think he's wondering why he had to change screennames and why he couldn't use his old screenname....and why did yall allow him to register another screenname...his reputation is attached to the old screenname, not the new one...no one knows who goforit10 is without reading this whole thread...

I just explained all that,but I`ll do a better job.This guy was registered as a "site vendor".His name was in red and it said "site vendor" under his name.That account is closed due to these bad dealings and to prevent any further sales.Are you following me so far?With a closed account the buyers have no way to communicate t5hrough this site and neither does the staff.That would be it and everyone is ripped off.This account was allowed to open "only in this thread and in private message".He can`t list anything to sell and can only deal with his problem here.That`s all there is to it.We are only focused on allowing these deals to get straightened out at this point and that is all we need to concern ourselves with.Let`s not make it any more complicated than that.
19stepside72 got his stuff.Not all others have.Let`s allow them the same benefit to this effort.

I agree with the reason why yall did what yall did...don't get me wrong...I totally agree...I just figured you could have stripped his old username of any privileges and 'site vendor' status and let him keep the name that he's turned bad...that's all...if that wasn't possible, then I understand...his user title should have his old screenname in it to let everyone know who he is though...

sent him a PM and he got back in a day. Said he was going to get the parts out ASAP. Asked if I know of anyone that did not get parts and asked to tell them to PM him.
