hey man don't search for wheels by the truck make, go online and find your bolt pattern, which would be 8x6.5 probably, and you go to summit to wheels, and click 16x8 then bolt pattern. That show you ALL kinds of wheels.

Done some searching for you, if it's 8 lug it's 8x6.5 or 165.1mm I think

if it's 6 lug it's 6x5.5 or 139.7 mm.

What about the center hole on the rim though? Some rims I looked already the center varies in size. What about the 16.5's?

I was wrong the width size on the tire. Its 12.50inches not 9.30 inches.

center hole size doesn't matter much you can get hub centric rings to take up the slack if you want. the ones for our trucks are small like 78.3 or 78.03 depending on who listed it, and the older chevys were bigger, doesn't matter they'll both work also the bolt pattern can be that or the standard 6x5.5 inch pattern instead of metric.

As for 16.5 why run them? tires are usually more because it's kind of an odd ball size for military and gov things like ambulances and what not. If the ties are cheaper and the wheels are cheaper use em, if not stick with 15's or 16's.

I can the tires for $187.00 each not including shipping from tire rack.com and there bf goodrich tires for 16.5 rims

yea can get them for the same price from summit for 16's and cheaper for 15's.

To be honest with you I looked around and time you pay like $200 for shipping you should call local places and ask for the prices on the size you want.

yea but look at shipping on the summit tires.

is it more? that shipping is total bs on them, yea they are big, so look around locally first.

the ups additional shipping fee is like $7.50 a tire so it ays $30 total plus $13 handling from summit so I got a total on 4 315/75-16's $190 each for for of them shipped is like $803, that's ALOT cheaper then tirerack.

$9.50 oversize fee on the bfg's you want in a 15 inch, and so there total shipped to your door is $770.75

IN A 15 inch though which is cheaper as mentioned, and if you buy wheels 15's are cheaper then 16's or 16.5's

So in the long run you save more and can do 15's I think you have 8 lug right? pretty sure you can get 8 lug 15's as well.

There called Chrome Blade Wheels. The width is 9.72 inches wide.I have all 4 rims.

if you do the lift spindles you wont need to mess with shocks. maybe just longer brake lines.

I say you need to figure what look you want,

a 16x8, 16x9 or 16x10 are all good combos. But ist you trying for a certain "look" the wider or smaller wheel will look different

hell yeah, Steel wool the wheels and run'em, will look nice with 35's

yea definately need to brillo pad them things and hit em with some mother's chrome polish. You got center caps too? If not buy ya some new chrome ones.

Chrome center caps rust quicker than a salty ship.They make stainless and aluminum these days.But,I`d use the GMC caps that come on these trucks.

yea body lift has no effect on shocks length.

Can I use emory cloth fine grit on the big rust spot areas or will it ruin the chrome finish. I tried turtle wax chrome polish but didnt work on the heavy surface rust spots.

stick to brillo pads or fine steel wool then try the mother's I never liked turtle wax kind.

Just an fyi but thoose wheels are either us wheel or cragar and they rust FAST!!!!!! Dad had the 8 spoke wagon wheels on his truck and he'd have to wax once a week or more, they rust very fast and he kept his clean and waxed.
