Re: Gasser headers
He had them made by a local fab guy in Dallas, by the time he bought all the pieces and had the guy weld them up he had about 2500 in them. His were 1.7/8, top end stuff. I found a set that I am going to buy and see what mods it will take to make them look like his, but for ~178 its not that bad to try. Ill post the link when I get to my other computer.

Re: Gasser headers
Keep in mind they were custom and they were true 1 & 7/8 all the way with an offset header bolt pattern the guy fab'd so he did not have to dimple or dent the header for the bolts. They are perfect mirrors of each other and are length matched on all tubes. There is a lot of time in them.

Re: Gasser headers
I tried 2 different sets of fenderwell headers on my truck both sets hit the tires . I have seen some fenderwell headers on mid sixties nova's that looked like they could work. The more "upsweep" the better. No pics, they were on my last computer when it died. The funnest way to get them is make them. My next truck will have them forsure!
