Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

Got a nice e-mail from the owner? of Osborn Reproductions who have done a lot of decal reproductions in the past as well as other types of paper stuff related to our old cars and such. He basically said that from the start to finish he would be looking at a $750 investment before he could sell anything. I understand this and he needs to have a return. I think we as a group may be able to photoshop something highly acceptable to our group for way cheaper than that so let's drive on! Ignorance is bliss or so they say!

Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

well was that figure for the Jack Instructions decal/sticker for our Blazer and Jimmy's ?
if so does he have one on file, the correct one, he can print from ? and if so again how many can he print for $750.00 ? the reason I am asking is that if he can and will do them for us and the cost is $750.00 then I may front the money and then sell the labels/stickers to get as much of my money back as possible and I am sure over time
I should be able to sell enough to get most of it back.... just a thought so check with them if you would and let me know....

Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

Apparently he does not have one in the files somewhere. Do you really think you could sell that many to recoup your cost? Don

Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

In order for the Chevelle guys to make one, I am sure they will need a little better sticker to reproduce. I will be glad to help with some photoshop needs as my g/f and brother in law are whiz's on the program, and I ain't to shabby at drawing out the blazer or burb on the decal. It would probably be awhile to complete, but I bet we could whip up something here and save quite a bit. Trevor

Budder, I think we ought to talk to Jeff (Chipflyer) on here and see if he could do up the door vin stickers. He is exceptional at what he does for the spid's. Trevor

Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

BigDon and Trevor I think I could sell them for around $15.00 shipped
and that would mean I would need to sell around 50 to 60 to break even
so what do yall think ?

And Trevor as soon as I get my decal/door vin stickers in I will mail one
to you and then get with Jeff to see what he thinks....

Don,... this won't be much help.
But if you do get them reproduced,... I will purchase a couple of them.

This is my original sticker in my '71 blazer,...

Please take some pics with rulers as requested, there appears to be enough to get some accurate dimentions.

Man, I thought if anyone still had a pristine one stuck in their blazer, it would be you! That blazer of yours was one of the cleanest and most untouched I had seen.

Re: Jack instructions decal-blazer

Thanks bigdon, I have my original on there, but half of it is missing. It looks like it slowly came off after 38 years.
