Re: 1984 Chevrolet SWB - "Return"
Parts are on their way:
Entire brand new IFS for the front, rack and pinion steering, motor mounts, tranny drop out X-member, upper and lower control arms, shocks, shock mounts, Slam Specialties air bags, mustang 2 drop spindles, rotors, hubs and hardware. Entire rear air suspension kit, c-notch kit, 4 bar 4-link, x-members, airbags, bag mounts, shocks, shock mounts and hardware. No Limit Engineering polished in-between rails fuel cell and x-member. Coys Wheels C5 22x9's all the way round. Decided I could not get away from the look of the Coys wheel. The look just really nails the desired effect I am going for. I will post pics as they arrive. |

Re: 1984 Chevrolet SWB - "Return"
yeah lookin sweet!! I like how you decided to go with the 22's all the way around as opposed to the staggered 20'',22'' combo...does Scott's offer any finishing (like powder coating or anything) for their parts from the factory? as well i gotta imagine you have to notch the frame rails up front for tie rods clearance when laid out with the 22's?
Looks killer thus far tho man i can't wait to see this thing all bolted back together! makes me want to go to the bank and just pull out all my money now to start layin mine out hah!

Quote:
Scotts offers in stainless finish or raw. And no with the Scott's design I did not have to notch the frame at all for tie-rod clearance. This is one reason why I decided on this kit. |
