I'm still waiting for opinions on the back bumper, take it off or keep it?

Re: Nacho's illegitimate sister found!......or patina 68'
Hmmm...I see you found a K.I.S.S. Stepside. Looking at that truck just as it is I'd say keep the big ole bumper. It just goes with the rest of the whole utilitarian vibe of the truck. We all like them "cleaned up" but even with that truck totally gone over with suspension/wheels,etc I think with that paint with that patina I'd leave it on and stay funk-ay!
1- You'll be able to see where it "was". And... 2- Nothing says you're not "trying" to make it look good like leaving it on...same vibe as leaving the body alone. Everyone would ditch that bumper. Dare to be different!

<-- I'm just sayin'.
However, I vote to remove that bumper, but replace it with an equally patina'd sport bumper.

Re: Nacho's illegitimate sister found!......or patina 68'
I say keep the rear bumper thats just cool. how it has those braces on top. All in all cool original truck. Steering column still looks good in it. Leave it as is just focus on making it run better if it doesnt already then drive it till the wheels fall off!

She's a little heavy in the a$$ end. I would go with a sport bumper.

And thanks to everyone who commented, the bumper will stay for now.......but, that doesn't mean I might not change my mind later.

That looks like a typical old farm truck. Leave the bumper, it's kind of cool.
