Also, someone please school me on the "slip on" type. This implies to me that you put them over the existing rockers. If so, do you cut out the rusty parts and glue them down or what?
On post #17 the 3rd pic shows the slip on style rockers. You will notice there is no kickup or curved part on the ends. They do not replace the complete rocker up to the factory spot welds.

Like I said, I am attaching mine to the door, extending the door skin down. to make it more like the newer Chev trucks. My rocker panel will be cut off inside, almost straight down from the pinchweld/seal lip.

Re: Top Banana sheet metal

This is another good thread regarding replacement panels and patches for our generation trucks.

Re: Top Banana sheet metal

Not seen mention of the “Goodmark” brand on here.

Started this thread seeking more info on fit and quality.

https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=799540

I noticed also a comment on fenders being too short it seems.

Hard to believe.

But not a problem I need here in London, England if I ordered a pair of reproduction fenders to replace what I have.

Thanks for any feedback and info
