Re: To Lower or Not To Lower
Nahhh, I'm not big on whitewalls on vehicles in a time when they weren't using whitewalls.

Re: To Lower or Not To Lower
IMHO wide whites would be hot if you were coming downtown. Yup...lowering it. Come on! I promise you will stop being bored with it. The second you sell it, you are going to regret it. Trust me

Re: To Lower or Not To Lower
I've been struggling with the same question on my truck for about 16 years, still haven't done it yet (one day I want to, the next I don't).
*IF* I had a 2wd burb though... I would HAVE to drop it! They just look sooooo much cooler down low. If you do go with drop spindles, it will kick your front tires/track width out another 3/4" per side if I remember correctly? and to me it appears your front tires are already a hair out past the wheel wells? Pet peeve of mine, drives me nuts. I'd drop it 3.5/5 with all ECE stuff and put a 7" front wheel on it with a 4 to 4.5" backspacing (keep the wheel the same, I love those, I have 'em on my truck!) The 3.5 drop up front will be a 2.5" spindle with a 1" spring. I like the tire size, I'd leave it alone, just get smaller width front wheels.
