Does anybody have any preferance or referrals on which company to go with? Eaton, Mosher....any suggestions?

I've had good luck in dealing with Moser for axles and such. You might see what they have to offer for upgraded 6 lug axles. Better than stock axles might be a good idea with a big block and a manual trans.
I would go with an Eaton posi unit as they are rebuildable. Just shop around and see who has the best price. Be sure you are comparing apples to apples though.
