Beautiful job on your truck. Must be a great feeling to have it done. Was your truck apart when you installed the AA Classic Upgrade kit? I'm wanting to do my truck with one of those kits but my truck will be together. Am curious for a real world opinion on how easy/difficult it was seeing you just installed it.

Yes it was completely apart when I installed the AA wire kit. It was one of the first things I started doing after it was painted. It's not a lot of fun nor is it easy. Cut, crimp, and install a connector on every wire.

Chevydog, that is just the most beautifully GMC I have ever seen ! I just got a 71, it's white over olive all original and I now have the "blueprint " I need to restore her ! My wife loves your truck and I hope to get ours looking like yours one day !

I have 3" drop spindles on the front with bags that have the cup cut down. The rear has a c notch. Wheels are 20's, can't remember the tire size.
