Re: Onboard Air install with a York Compressor. Start to finish
I just picked up a compressor today. I should hopefully be caught up this week and get started on figuring some configurations out. Any preference to driver or passenger side mount? I have read about the oiling mods needed for one way, ill read up on that some more!! Also a long or short water pump will make a difference. My truck has a short on it now, I guess ill start with that set up.

Re: Onboard Air install with a York Compressor. Start to finish
sorry guys, been slackin too!! got held up on another big job that I'm tryin to get out of the shop to free up some space for the truck to roll in. I did get a chance to start drawing up a bracket set up in cad. Unfortunately that's about as far as I've made it. We did just get our porterbuilt rear x member in! So now the fun begins with that hopefully after I'm done bending up the tubing on this project!

Yea, I like it too! That looks like the original bracket that has been modified. I have my original bracket maybe I can do something like you have.

Re: Onboard Air install with a York Compressor. Start to finish
I have had to take a break from the truck for other obligations. Hope to get back to it within the next couple of months....when it's a nice 103 degrees outside.

Re: Onboard Air install with a York Compressor. Start to finish
LOL! After months of waiting for Thorbeck Bros to manufacture my Super Lift Kit, I finally gave up on them and got a kit in one day from Ekstensive (Great Guys!). What a bunch of crap and I recommend to everyone to stay away from Thorbeck Bros.
So, I have been so busy with lowering the the rear of the truck. I still have a few more things to do on the rear like panhard bar and rear shocks before I get to the York, tank etc.. installed. Hopefully I will be working on the York within the next few weeks.
