Re: Wich gauges you advise me?
Get the factory optional clock pod that sits centered and above the two stock gauges and put a tach in there. Don't know if Dakota makes one to match their AD sets but if they did that would look best.

Re: Wich gauges you advise me?
I know the OP was asking about AD truck gauges but since this forum is about both AD and TF trucks I thought I'd chime in with some pictures of what's currently available for Task Force owners.
I'd love to get these Dakota Digital HDX gauges but at $1295 (holy chit!) they'd have to come with a rock solid guarantee for life. Geez, they're spendy....but they're purdy, lol Here's the Dakota Digital VHX, also nice (don't care for the digital square) and they're "only" $795: The Dakota Digital VFD which THE thing to have in the '90's, now no one seems to use them anymore. Site says they're now only available in blue and teal but I'm certain they were once available in red, green and I MAYBE yellow/gold(?): Classic Instruments offers these in black, gray whited and offwhite for $899. I was pretty set on using these until i saw the latest Dakotas: Then there are any number of different gauge panels offered in polished aluminum, carbon fiber(ugh), engine-turned and paint into which you can install anyone's individual gauges. Prices are all over the map but not much just for the panel itself:

Re: Wich gauges you advise me?
new vintage installed here....the high beam indicator did not work and the tach is very slow response...called the company and had to ship back paid by me ( international shipping etc)so I rewired to another light on dash for highbeam and live with the slow tach reponse....it was all installed and did not want to go through the headache of wiring and doing up those really tiny nuts on the backside with my clumsy hands..etc

Re: Wich gauges you advise me?
Yeah but the dollar dwindled to near record lows. Thanks Barack!

Re: Wich gauges you advise me?
I got the VHX gauges and have only mocked them up. But they are really nice made in the USA units with lots of extra stuff such as oil pressure sensor etc etc. Very impressed so far with Dakota Digital.
