How much of an issue is loss of ground clearance due to the drop?

Just off of memory I think the tank hangs about 5" below the rail, but that part of the frame is kicked up and is higher than the belly of the truck. If you look at the photo I posted last page the tank does not hang below the hitch and that hitch rests just below the bumper, so a loss in ground clearance would be no more than 2" from the bumper.
