I was wondering how many times "eh?" would show up in this thread. I was gonna say an optional hockey stick rack instead of a gun rack - not very good - eh?
BTW - why only some bolts metric and some bolts SAE on our trucks? E.G., air conditioning compressor bolts are metric. What happened to the certain for sure plan the government had to make everything metric in U.S.? Out here in AZ, the gubment just spent big $$$ to change the Interstate 19 signs from kilometers back to miles on the way down to Mexico. |

Mines a 1981 Canadian truck and the only metric bolts I have found so far are the three that hold the gas pedal to the firewall. Threw me the first time I went to remove it; 3/8 was too small and 7/16 was too large, ended up using a 10mm.

Both of my trucks [1 gmc, 1 chevy, 20yrs apart] are built in Canada, sold in the US trucks.
