Is this made for the center hood latch or offset to the right.I have noticed a few have no cut out at all. If it is offset to the right or no cut out I want it. Center release want work for me.Check shipping to 31716.

Also is the top peice of chrome part of grille or not, trying to fit 1976 silverado
