I'm also having issues with those steel and aluminum spacers. There way to tight and which ones go where? Even before PC I couldn't get them to fit. Thanks, Nate

However, we can now offer one thanks to the measurements and help from another stellar forum member! It isn't a "production" piece yet, and won't have it up on the site for another couple weeks. But you can email us direct and we can get you some info: sales@pbfab.com Nate

Re: Moser Differential Cover / Porterbuilt Stage 2
I ordered one of these yesterday. Thanks to Number98 and PB for making them happen. I have more in my diff cover than the price of the new Trac bar

Hey Number98, can you provide this measurement for me. From the passenger side housing to your new bar. Thanks, Nate

Re: Moser Differential Cover / Porterbuilt Stage 2
I don't remember what brand, I've had this rearend for 5 or 6 years...it started life from an '88 Suburban and has been under a '76 Blazer and now under my '70 GMC (swapped from leaf mounts to trailing arm). Right now it has the CPP bent bar, but I am going to be putting a complete PB extreme DM chassis under it so I wanted a PB bar.
Here's a shot of it now... |

Re: Moser Differential Cover / Porterbuilt Stage 2
Sorry the pic is pretty terrible, but it looks like almost exactly 4.5" right there.

Re: Moser Differential Cover / Porterbuilt Stage 2
Thanks for the pic Jason. The Moser cover measures 3-3/4" so it will be close.

Re: Moser Differential Cover / Porterbuilt Stage 2
FWIW, ordered my bent PB bar a week ago and it was waiting on me at the front door step when I got home. I love new parts...especially PB parts
