Re: Wheel shopping dilemma
Yes they can, with proper backspacing and rolled fenderwell lips (I don't really call this a modification more of a safety precaution). You can't mess around a whole lot whipping the truck around or anything if you are into that, cause you will only have about 1/2" on either side.

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma
Not sure what backspacing is needed but, I would think the ones I have would be damn near perfect. I had a different set of wheels with similar type backspacing, except on 22x11 wheel and I ended up selling those to a friend with an 87 C10. Went right on; I know he did the disk brake conversion in the rear for sure...

As far as rolling the fender lip, I just took the tire off, placed several wide non-toothed thin c-clamps on the fender lip and slowly rolled the lip up for an initial roll and used a small diameter pipe in a rag length wise to push it in further and get an even roll.

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma
7.5 is too much. I have 20x10 with a +50mm offset, so about 7" being the total, and with a 1/4" spacer on there right now, my bed does not fit. They hit on the inside lip of the fenderwell. I am running a 305/30-20 on them. And still have factory drum brakes for now. This is on a 77.

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma
I checked my wheels and order sheet from when I ordered. Backspacing is 6.625. I think that backspace would work well on these as well.

Re: Wheel shopping dilemma
That backspacing wouldn't be bad for the 11. I just measured my drum brakes and it looks like 5.75" or 6" would be good for a 12" on a stepside. I don't know how much room there is on s fleet.
