LS3 or LQ4 complete swap?

what are your intentions for your truck?...on engines ...a ls3 is a more of a hotrod engine..lots of hp.....unless that's what your building..if your just wanting a good driver with good mpgs and decent power I would look for a good 5.3 pullout...or even a 6.0...but with the demand for 6.0s they aint cheap..
with a adapter for your flexplate you could even keep your t400...but a good 4l80 w/od is really nice as well
