Interesting. This "Rusty's" seem to be another development in what is happening in the junkyard business. I have never heard or seen them anywhere in or near Brookings yet they are all over the net thruout the US soliciting junk car buying.

I was going to junk 2 pieces of rusted sheetmetal at the dump but the $7 fee turned me off and they went back to pile.
