I bought the same pan from Improved Racing as a kit and it has everything in it. Pan, gasket, windage tray, dipstick, dipstick tube and oil pickup tube. $354.95 with free shipping.

Will the CTS-V pan be enough capacity for my 6.2 liter? Looks like it holds 5.5 quarts where I think my stock pan holds 6 quarts. Will this create a problem?

The CTS-V pan is fine for a 6.2 liter....
If you want more capacity, you could always plumb in an engine oil cooler...the pan has that capability....in stock form there is a bridge piece to route oil out of pan and back into it.... Adding an oil cooler is a relatively easy process...it adds approx 2 quarts of capacity....
