You also did not have the frame stands in place. They would space the bar out slightly away from the frame possibly preventing clearance issues.

Going back to your picture I agree with scoti with out frame stands your raising the bar to high get your stands attached to the bar then see where you are

Yeah, that’s something I forgot to remove from the frame. Oh well.
