Never seen one for multiple carbs.

www.jegs.com has them for $149.99.
Quote:
From Jegs website P/N 350-7104 ...Manifold only
Designed for 262-400 c.i.d. Chevy V8s. Designed especially for spread-bore carburetors such as the Performer RPM Q-Jet #350-1910. For maximum power with broad torque curve for high-performance street/marine. #350-7104 is .700'' taller than #350-2101. Has provisions to add oil fill tube. No provisions for hot air style choke. Accepts divorced choke, late-model waterneck, air-conditioning, alternator and H.E.I. Will fit cast iron Bowtie heads. Not for 1987 and later cast iron heads. Will not fit under stock Vette hood. Carb pad will accept square-bore carbs without adapters.
Installation Notes: Recommended intake gasket is Fel-Pro #375-1256 (open heat passage) or #375-1205. For divorced choke use rod #350-9172
