Re: off it goes
Well guys....we're still working on it when time prevails, I haven't been posting much just for the fact that I have seen a few trucks being built using some similar ideas to mine. So just been laying low with the pics. We have been running air lines, fuel lines etc. as well as building some small stuff, here in Ontario our vehicles have to pass a visual inspection for emissions...which means whatever emission stuff would be with the motor need to be on the vehicle. Therefore truck will have Cats, tank evap canister, etc.
So I am tucking the tank canister up in the rear by the tank where it will out of sight once rear splash pans are made, as for losing any HP with the cats I'm not to worried about that, truck has plenty of horsepower. This is all to make the truck more enjoyable to use without worrying about be stopped, as well as making more sellable in the future to places like California and wherever else regulations are strict. Re: off it goes
With the right hi-flow cats there wont be any HP loss so I wouldn't worry.

Re: off it goes
Awesome! Looks like your fab work is allmost done, are you keeping the body stock or do you have some mods planned? With 0 rust.. paint and body should go pretty fast!

That's a shame about the copy cats. No worries about me ever stealing your designs, I couldn't even come close the quality of work you guys are doing

Re: off it goes
I love this truck and dont want to be a thief of Ideas. So I'll ask before I use one, Would you mind if I use the idea for the bumper filler panel Idea on my 72? It just looks so clean.

Re: off it goes
Thanks guys.....no go ahead man....fill away. Body is going to be all stock, handles, emblems, mirrors, trim all going back on. The tucked bumpers, a slight change to the front end, filled stake pockets and no rear tailgate handle (because they're always crooked) are the only outside body mods

Not asking for paint codes. But are you going with a basic white or like mica kind of white?

Re: off it goes
I like it. Incredibly subtle. Even 99% of square owners would probably not notice. Or more likely they could tell something was different but it would take a bit to identify what it was.
