Nate if I lower my cab to 1 inch or so to get level to my frame will this setup still work? or would I have to cut a notch on the cab.

Re: Porterbuilt replacement trailing arm Xmember

Just thought I'd post a pic of what I can only assume is the most up to date version of the carrier bearing ( no trailing arms here) x-member. This just arrived ups today and couldn't have come sooner I was so bored yesterday I was using my members only plaque as a stencil for my new Gucci inspired roof pattern I got the idea while watching re-runs of "pimp my ride" while waithing for the weather to improve

Anyway here's the pics:

Josh,
PS: thanks again Nate for getting this out so quickly

I figured as much based on the shape but sitting on my kitchen floor it looked good both ways.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Re: Porterbuilt replacement trailing arm Xmember

The chassis is basically Swingset's younger brother. It will be heading to Texas in the next few weeks. It will be become the platform for a high school shop class' project truck.
