Most of them are 35 series and they ride rough at best. If your actually planning on driving your truck much, you really should consider something beyond a 25 series tire.

Regardless of our opinion on how they look, there is no way your going to get a decent ride with almost zero sidewall flex.

I had the 22x9 with 5.5" BS on my 79. i think it would have worked if it was bagged too, but it would have been tight.

n2billet bought the 79 for his son. It's now rolling on a set of 20" Coys. A rendering of the 72 can be seen in the latest Truckin magazine.

I love this thing! I should have bought it when you had it for sale a while back. Instead I ended up with a bodied 2dr tahoe that needs to be finished.
