Thanks. One way or another its getting a cast iron gear driven T-case weather it be a married np205, divorced np205, np202, atlas, rockwell or other.

You shouldn't have to trim very much, if at all. I run a 4 inch lift on mine with 36 inch tall tires and there is zero trimming done. I think the most you would need to do is trim the lower edge behind the tire, that little "corner" that tucks under.

Why can't the passenger drop 241 be used? Is it because a Dodge nv4500 is being used, rather than a GM?

I guess i'll see how much room I have when I get to that point then decide from there but I want plenty of tire clearance. Ive done some measuring on my gmc with the 4" lift and it looks like that's what im going to need to do to run 37"s.

Im not sure but it probably could be if you swapped in the 29 spline input instead of the 27 or 32.

Ok I got the spacer done and on the truck, it keeps the carb MUCH cooler. I coated the spacer in Plasti-dip spray. It idles and runs much better, now ive just gotta replace the clutch...

the cummins is a tight fit, but theres no need to cut up the firewall. I have a 4" lift, 35's, and tow with mine all the time. 37's should fit fine.

My dad had a 4" lift and 37x14.50 Armstrong Tru-Tracs on a 78 K10 back in the day. As already stated, he had to trim a tiny portion of the back corner of his front fender. It looked really mean with that little lift and that much tire.
