Currently running 15" x 10" alloy aluminum wheels but would strongly consider running these 20" Rally reproduction wheels from US Mags in white or grey.

35x12.5 with a little bit of fang trim in the front. I put longer shackles on now and probably wouldn’t need the extra trim anymore but it doesn’t hit off-road anymore either. Could probably fit skinny 37s as well.

Thank you - I miss that one. 4" lift and 33 x 10.5" old style BFGs. I went with zero lift on my current Blazer with same size tires. With the 4" lift it was tough for my wife to get inside. That said, I still added the accessory steps to my zero lift current Blazer for her.

Re: Who's running steelies on their K5 - post your pics

Awesome. I'm running the 12.5/33's - no lift but new leafs so it sits up decently. Thinking of going to the 10.5s for potentially better steering.

Rsavage, what is the backspacing on those wheel vintiques? And do the stock dig dish hubcaps fit onto the nubs?

I believe they are 4.25" back space. It puts the inside edge extremely close to the tie rod ends. Thought I would have to run 1/4" spacers so put some longer studs in the hubs in preparation but ended up not needing to. The nubs accept stock type caps. One thing I found is that these wheels are not perfectly true from the manufacturer. I didn't notice that on the 15 X 6 set on bought for my Vette or the 14 X 7 set I put on the 65 GTO. Had to make sure that the two used on the front of the Blazer ran true - that's how close the inside wheel lip is to the tie rod end.

Re: Who's running steelies on their K5 - post your pics

Thanks! That is great info. I like that you can use the stock caps, but my concern also was whether or not they would clear the tie rods in front. I have an older set of 15x8 wheels that are about 3-7/8" backspace and they are fairly close as well. Maybe I should restore these instead of buying new. Hmmmm....

Re: Who's running steelies on their K5 - post your pics

Here's my 71. I had a set of 16X7's made for it with maximum backspace. (If I remember correctly, 4 1/4" backspace). It has a set of 235/85/R16 Hercules mudders mounted up on them

I know it's not for everyone, but I REALLY like these wheels. Been contemplating for while.

What size tire are you running? Do your Steelies have 4 nubs? I’m trying to find some. But only found with 3 nubs so far.

Re: Who's running steelies on their K5 - post your pics

They are 12:50 x 33” on 8” 4 nub Steele’s. My buddy just found some 3 nub from firestone with the correct back spacing for the calipers. I was always told 3 nub does not clear. I just saw hillbilly wizard.com has some m1009 rims but they are pricey. Mine are m1009 rims
