Re: Lucky Find
Finally put the bigger tires and wheels on. Not a big fan of Smoothies but they were cheap and will do for now.

Re: Lucky Find
It was nearly impossible to get a flatbed truck yesterday! One Towing Company said it received 51 calls for cars off the road within 2 hrs. With a snowstorm just starting on already terrible roads I was able to get service and got the 64 transported to S&H Custom Auto last night! WooHooo

Re: Lucky Find
Drove it home from the shop yesterday afternoon, ran smooth at 60 mph. Should be able to start on the body soon.

Re: Lucky Find
Looks just right now at that altitude and the right sized shoes.. Would have looked sharp with the blackwalls turned out.. What's the overall plan?

Need a good side view of the stance, but from what I can see it looks nice!

Re: Lucky Find
I love the stance myself, too. You said the rear was a 4" drop, any idea what the front drop is?

Re: Lucky Find
Thanks everyone!!! I did think about turning white letters in, the rear came down 4 inches and front around 4.5 inches which gives it a little rake. I'll try and get side pics. As far as overall plans I don't really know at this point. I am going to buy new chrome grille and bumpers. New rockers are probably next on the list.

Re: Lucky Find
My hood is unrepairable. The inner structure is gone. I was lucky to find one in Fort Wayne IN with its original paint. Now to find a new tailgate.

Re: Lucky Find
Great looking pickup! I was the same way with my smoothies, but now they just seem so right on these trucks, especially with a little rake.
