I would be interested in what the AFR was across the dyno, if it was leaning out which I also suspect, then the dyno operator should have aborted mission and suggested a fuel pump swap before proceeding, I'm not saying what happened was the operators fault, but every time I have one on the dyno they pay HEAVY attention to the AFR numbers!

Seems someone would have warned you about possible breakage of the stock components. At least now the rest of us are. Sorry for your loss. I run forged pistons in every engine I build. Race or not.

Received some parts yesterday. I will be dropping off the block at the machine shop on Monday. I can't wait to get this thing back together. The parts are almost to nice to never be seen.

Don't boosted engine require a larger ring end gap? Could be the reason it stressed the ring land as the ring expanded and it had nowhere to go.
