a little muddy...but shes a worker with bias plys....for that ol school farm look and radials

Here is mine a 68 GMC the two tone stepper with stock's that I had painted, they're ok for know plan on upgrading, to what not sure yet, but I see some great ideas here.
The red one is my buddies 67 Chevy,

Can we please keep this post rolling until it becomes an epic FAQ on RIM and TIRE sizes.
I have been searching for weeks looking for a good thread on the subject with pics and specs but came up with very little in the way of informative posts with lots of options. We need this post... For every greasy kid who wants rubber bands instead of tires...this post will be there! For every mullet sporting SWB step side driver who cant decide between turbines or slots...this post will be there! For every geriatric, stock height only reactionary who considers anyone sporting rims over 16.5 inches to be a gang banging rapist...this post will be there! I forgot my point? Oh yeah...bump. BTW please, please include b.s., tire sizes, brand name etc...not just rim size

Right now my 69'er has Alcoa 16X7 rims with Michelin XPS tires 235/85/16. I'm going to be switching to white 16X7 steelies with Michelin LTX M/S2 265/75/16.
