Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
Yep, I got the OEM set for the front and a "close enough" set for the back. I'd love to see the delema on the face of a real purist when he has to be pulled from a ditch.
Something like "OMG, those are not OEM I can't use them"!!!!

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
I agree on the tow hooks also. I was lucky enough to find a correct set of both front and rear hooks and only have maybe $250 total invested in them. It seems the going rate for front hooks start at $200 and I haven't seen another set of factory rear hooks to put a value on. The litter containers go for $300-400 consistently. You think a big catalog company would jump on reissues of some of these items and cut the cost. I agree with Evan also about the $75-100 price range. I think that since we have to compete with a lot of high end cars...Camaros/chevells that used the top mount dash clocks and the corvairs that they are just a limited production part with many applications and that puts $$$ in the sellers eyes. Im still on the hunt for you a clock Evan....sooner or later one will pop up.

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
Found out that other models used the 60-64 style clock, like Ford cars of that era, they used a different mounting base though. If anyone has the mounting base/hardware for a 60-64 dash clock that they'd let go for a fair price, let me know. Or if you wanna get rid of a whole clock for parts that's cool too. Also, if anyone has instructions that they could email me, I'd greatly appreciate it. just PM me.

There was one on ebay a few days ago. Don't know if it is sold or not....I started a thread on it...not many were interested. I think he wanted like $50 or something other.

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
OK, Yeah I wasn't sure. Never paid much attention to the factory clocks that came in the trucks. Not even sure if the clock is for a GM truck or car or what! LOL! I just happened to run across it. The guy that posted it I don't think explained what car/truck it is for.

Still need a base or one for parts. I found a compass, it was from an early 70's though, but looks awesome IMO. Here's a pic

Picked up an NOS 60-64 clock, so I won't need a base now.

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
There is always the alternative of placing a clock in the dash like I had done.

If anyone is looking for a factory dash clock, there's another on ebay. Thought I'd pass it along.

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
There was one that sold on ebay a few days ago. It was pretty rough but was all there. Went for about $105 I believe. Maybe someone on the forum got it?

Re: 60-66 factory clock pics?
Not a bad price considering they don't pop up to often. The clock mechanisms are still reproduced...I'm not sure if its borg warner still making them, but replacement mechs are available.
Did you ever get yours installed?
