Can't promise but..if I run across some more aluminum scrap big enough and I get some spare time..
I got the lights off Amazon....I had to machine the outer flange off to make them fit the housing...

I'll post some pictures of the finished bed in a few weeks....my painter wants to let it sit for a couple weeks before he does the final sand and buff...and I need to get the wood finished....carriage bolts polished...etc...

long way to go on the cab...wish I had a good one...

All the metal work is done on the cab and fenders...getting ready for final primer and sanding...

Wow, that looks great! Nice paint work...I hope mine comes out that nice when I paint in the spring. I see you are staying with the original color, seeing how the rear fender you sold me is the same color.

How hard was it replacing the rear cab panel?

Honestly that's a different cab. I still have the other one and I'm still going to fix it but I was getting anxious to get this project moving along a bit faster.
Grumpy Old Man had this cab stored in his garage for years. I finally talked him out of it and it was in terrific condition.
I bought the orange paint from SPI over there in Blairsville GA.....it's their own orange color mixture....

Suspension is pre-assembled, e-brake set-up went on last night...

That looks sweet! The bed looks amazing...did you paint everything right there in the garage? I bought an inflatable paint booth, I guess we will see how that works out. I do know that the paint booth will not fit back into the box once deflated.

I cannot wait to see how the cab turns out, I can't believe the extent of the work you have done on it. That is going to be a showpiece when done.

Sorry I'm not the best a keeping my post up to date...
I've made significant progress since the last entry...
engine, transmission, suspension, radiator, AC condenser, aux trans cooler, and driveline are all in place.

I made a custom load center for all the wiring and mounted it and the PCM on the back side of the core support.
Fuel system, brakes, trans cooler, and cooling system all completed.

Engine fired and all systems checked and leak free.
Cab is all prewired with new M&H harness with the upgraded fuse panel.
A few more details including AC install and I'll be ready to start hanging sheet metal back on.

The cab will go on in the next few days. I had it on but took it back off to make it easier to wire the engine.
Anyway, I try to do something to it every day even if it's just little stuff.

Last hurdle before the cab goes back on for the last time was the shift linkage.
Since the exhaust is tucked up high, the original bellcrank and bracket wouldn't work.
I fabricated a bracket to straddle the exhaust pipe and shortened the shift arm.
This set-up hopefully will work the same as the original set-up.
The only difference is, I'll be using heim joints on the end of the connecting rod.

Got the cab on today...
it looks like the shift linkage will work just fine...it just needs a little tweaking on the connecting rod link.
I stuck the bulkhead cover on that I made back during the winter...all the wiring will go out from it into the front fender then up to the core support where my fuse/relay panel is mounted.
Also pulled the stainless trim off the windshield and just went back to the plain black rubber gasket....I like the black/orange contrast better.

I try to get something done every day.
Outdoor projects are taking some of my garage time right now but I was able to accomplish the VA AC install.
I used a low mount bracket and the compressor is tucked away nicely but still accessible.
I tried to make it as neat as possible with the hoses and such.
It's charged and blowing cold...
That's the last hurdle before I start hanging the sheet metal back on...

I had to use a hard line for the LP port connection

Great progress, I am having to juggle between work, kids activities, yard, and so on. I am still working on the frame. hope to have it completely stripped this weekend and ready for rust removal and eventually paint. I can't believe the progress you have made! I can't wait to see the final product.

Installed the duct work this weekend and tested the air flow, it's a tight fit with all the hoses.
The weather has gone from summer right into winter here but, I have no doubt this unit will be plenty cool in the little cab...and it blows warm air too..!
Air flow temperature from the center vent was around 38°-40°
