I am sending an invite to LONGHORN MAN. I want a ride in your burb. I have some classic SUNDROP COLA as a bribe, the one that say DALE EARNHARDT ROOKIE OF THE YEAR! . I might even find the 56 mustang to bring!

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners
Yeah, it's looking good for sure. I hope that gas prices stay down and maybe we can get people back to work so the biggest problem we'll be facing is what to wear for the trip.
I did tell Naomi (my wife) tonight what was going on and gave her the choice of hanging here for the meet or going to visit one of her friends for a week. She said she would let me know. She'll be here, trust me. So keep beating the drum and spreading the word.....something is going on at Ron's place in July. Stop in and check it out.

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners
It was a no brainer for me. I don't know how many active Blazer folks you have that stop by but you're right that is kinda a low number.

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners
I see that Tim responded and can't come this year. It must
be the same weekend as one of his other shows. (Man has got to eat and feed his family) So we might be Vendor less.

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners
You can always detour by his shop on the way down or back.
I think he is off of 81? in Eastern TN (Between Knox & Bristol)

Re: Possible Road Trip Event for Blazer/Jimmy Owners
Just came back from Charlotte, there were two nice Blazers both 72's that were for sale, the light yellow one went for $12,500 and the black one Had 19,500 on the windshield both were soft tops! Bought some new rockers and hope to have them installed by the trip. Might be sleeping in the truck for the whole week but I am going to make it one way or the other! Thie past weekend got my blood going to get things done!!

And a fine looking toy it is. I hope it will be here for the group photo in July. Welcome to the board from Big Sandy, West Tennessee.
