Re: Pace performance fitech fuel injection
Sorry I have no clue. All I know is my tank does not have a vent line so I think it is a early year 67-68 tank. I assume the cap is vented. The cap that is on the truck has a lock so I think it may be aftermarket. I dont know much about the different fuel tanks or caps. I need a replacement but I am not quite sure what to order.

Re: Pace performance fitech fuel injection
they are also coming out with a multiport setup, the only info I could get out of them on it was it wouldn't work with my mercruiser efi tunel ram so i'm going to assume you would still have to use their throttle body

Step 2, buy an O-ring kit. I got mine from Harbor Freight. It has a variety of sizes. Step 3, add o-rings. I put one around the center part of the cap against the gasket, and I stacked several behind the gasket. This adds pressure to the gasket and helps it seal against the tank neck. My o-rings are starting to fail, they are about 2 years old now. The cap is hard to turn like this, but I have had zero leaks even with a full tank in a hard right turn.

Re: Pace performance fitech fuel injection
I think these are Buna. So far they are surviving ok. And they are cheap, so when they get too bad I will just replace them.
