Dude.....Thank you! That's a huge compliment to spend 2 days on my build! I'm sure you will take the time to make it look clean, just follow the advice on this forum and it'll get ya there. My truck is sitting at a custom show for the next 2 days, gotta post some pics tomorrow for all to enjoy. It would be nice to pull a trophy on my first real outing!!! Currently one forum member is parked next to me but more are coming tomorrow.

My truck was judged today and I was lucky to be able to talk with him, he loved it! Everyone said that I have a good chance at a trophy, I hope they are right. There was probably 400 to 500 customs there today and there will be a few more tomorrow! It's a big show.....but I am 1 of about 3 longbeds that are customized in the 67-72 catagory.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window

Truck looks awesome sitting there among all the others, you have done an amazing job! Whether or not u get a trophy just remember why u built it, to sit back and watch ppl's reactions to how cool it is, that is the best feeling ever. When ppl notice all the little things that you have done on your truck and then ask you about it! Congrats buddy!

This truck is awesome in person. The pictures don't do it justice. The paint changes colors in the sunlight. Congratulations again on the truck David. I'll be posting a separate thread with all the pictures from yesterday.

Thanks Nuke!! No trophy, but out of 650+ customs there it was tough. I got plenty of reactions, constant people taking pics and asking questions and just overall enjoying checkin out the truck, it was awesome. Alot of forum members were there and parked in the same area I was in so it was really cool.

It did really feel good. Constant stream of people asking questions, that was the greatest feeling.
