Re: show us your interior
Sorry Guys for the late response had to contact the upholsterer who did the job he said go down to the local Home Depot and go to the carpet and flooring section and get about a 6' strip of 1" wide edging and then pre-drill and bend it then wrap it with your material. hope this helps:

Re: show us your interior
Basic interior. Once it warms up I'd like to add some sound deadening, carpet, door weather stripping...ah, the winter time project day dreams.

Right that's it after seeing all these great interiors I've gotta ask the oldcouple how you did the headlining with the bow tie?

Re: show us your interior
Is your rear view mirror bracket a 2 hole or three hole? I also have a speaker there and want to mount a mirror and don't know if there's room for the 3 hole bracket.
By the way, very nice interior too!!

Re: show us your interior
Here's mine.
All custom done by an old-school interior guy I use here in town. He did my '55 Bel Air also. Does incredible work. |

Re: show us your interior
I was doing some research earlier, and I'm a little suprised there isn't more 'how to' on interior work. Don't get we wrong, as we can see there is some great one-off work but no dedicated sub forums. Oh well back to research...
This is some beatiful work guys! |

I have some pics of my interior process I'll post here. Setting up seat height. Setting shifter height. More pieces. Carpet and vinyl. Color and fitting pieces one more time. Not the best pic, but give the idea of where it ended.
