I bolted it to the frame. Seems like it will be fine. If I have issues I'll fab up some brackets to mount it lower. No need to buy them, it's just some flat bar with a couple of bends, not rocket science to make. I drove the truck a couple of blocks though and it handles much better. Sometime soon I'll have to build some trailing arms since mine are rusted through 😳. Also have to try and get the helper spring off since the truck is basically riding on it.
