valve cover gasket?
i am replacing my valve cover gaskets but the problem is the old ones are stuck on the valve cover pretty good. i have gotten some of it off with a screw driver but i was wondering if there is a better way to do it?

I would use toluene or MEK either one of these items will soften the gasket where you could remove it. They also make products for gasket removal aids.

get off as much as you can by scrapping then use a brass wire brush in a drill ...
