Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

I blame Pete Carroll for that. And to think, I very nearly took back everything bad I've said about him over the years. His team did everything he asked them to do, but he asked them to do stupid stuff.

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

The hawks had a great year. I doubt they would have beat San Fran anyway. Great year, pick up a big at receiver, linebacker and a tight end and get ready for next year. I guess I'm rooting for Atlanta cause I don't like harbaugh or the niners. Oh, you dont go for it 4th and 1 on the 25, you kick the field goal.

Yes he did call time out to late and gave the kicker a practice kick,,but Wilson should of thru the ball away instead of taking a sack on 3rd down and then they would of had more time left ,,rookie mistake that next year he will not make I bet..

I know it's part of the game and I remember when quarterbacks would tell the refs that they couldnt hear and the fans would cause the team a penalty if they didnt quiet down,, not so any more , So,,, Seattle builds a new stadium made for noise and in doing so it makes the 12 man help them win games ,,this I dont like ,,being a armchair quarterback as I thnk I am..LOL

As far Hawks beating SF..I doubt they could either with out their noisy stadium like the last time they played and also SF getting the other Smith back on the team..

Yes,,Seattle with all them young players and a slippery QB (also very good anyway) and they should be contenders next year for sure..

Don't blame you for taking Atlanta as I did too ,,but I will be on the other side of the ball if comes to SF playing them ..

Oh! one more thing Don if you read this ..sorry your team lost because I know they are your team,,they will be back ,,and better .. please dont delete me for being honest..LOL Go Hawks next year...:

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

I finished 2 of 4... good thing I don't gamble...

I'd like to see a SF Baltimore SB because of the brother's head coaches thing... I still remember Jim's "cinderella season" with the colts in 95/96 when they went all the way to the AFC title game and fell short at the end.

HOWEVER...

for the win's I'm going with the Patriots & SF, I don't think baltimore can get past the Pats... and I'm going to go ahead and predict a SF superbowl win.

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

in the regular season the Patriots have the best stats ,,but the 49ers are a much better team with Colin Kaepernick at QB and the 49ers should be able to run the ball very good against the Falcons..so heres my picks 49ers beat the Falcons and Patriots beat the Ravins

Looks to me like 49ers and Patriots winners and in the Super Bowl

so I agree with you Redneck 49ers takes it all the way

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

At this point I'm reversing my picks since I've been so horribly wrong.

I'm taking

Baltimore & Atlanta

Atlanta takes all (I already know I'm wrong)
