It's my dreaded On-Call week, I've been out saving lives today delivering Oxygen for people that breath and Nitrogen for people that drink.

Today's results are pretty apparent so I'll take a stab at Sunday.

Colts beat the Ravens 20-17
Seahawks beat the Redskins 27-20

Magnitude 24 (I coined that phrase). If you do not know what I'm talking about google "Beast Mode run". It registered on the Richter scale.

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

With RG III getting hurt for the Redskins,,I still dont know just how good the Seahawks are,, if you take into consideration that at home it is a great advantage for them ..NOISE helps them win..and they won great at home .. and then a couple other teams they played was with out full strengh on defence ,,49ers was missing one of the Smiths from their defence ..so Atlanta /Seattle game will maybe tell me if they are really that good for lucky or not..

thats my opinion ,,whats yours? lol

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

Is this just a Northwest thing or can anybody play?

I'll go with the Seahawks, Packers (though I really think San Francisco can win this game) in the NFC; Broncos and Pats in the AFC.

I agree when it gets to the playoffs at this stage any team can and will win. It's is a pretty decent group playing off this year evenly balanced.

BUT I GOTTA DO IT- GO PACK

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

I'm hunting tickets for the Hawks/Falcons game cause this one should be good. I live in Atlanta but was born and raised in Seattle (Federal Way) and I always pull for both on Sunday but when they play the blue Jacob Green throwback comes out. Being in Atlanta for 19 years and knowing the history the Hawks will beat the Falcons. The Falcons are a good team but I just dont think they believe in themselves enough yet to pull it off. The noise thing is a non factor for the Hawks. It is all about comfort on the field and they have found a groove and are the team to beat right now. It is nice to be at home but they have taken the chains off Russell Wilson and he has shown for the last 6 weeks what he is capable of. BTW, when Marshawn ran over the Saints secondary last year I think I heard the 12th man all the way here in Atlanta. I pick:

Green Bay
Seattle
Denver
New England

Damon,,,I meant it for all who wants ,,, ,,,,,,good picks you have too..Just maybe the 49ers defence can win over Green Bay ,but thats only if they get both Smiths (Juston and Aldon healthy and on the field togeather... If not then I agree with you on all 4 Of your picks..

3 of 4 isn't too bad!

This weekend (I'm too lazy to add scores )

Broncos

Falcons (but I think Seattle has a good shot)

New England

Green Bay (In this one, I think SF stands a good chance too)

I think the Falcons will win, but I want seattle to win, I want to see a seattle/bronco SB.

Re: Predictions & Discussions Play Off football

I haven't watch a game on tv in some time. My prediction is that the safety police will turn the game into flag football. Been hearing on the radio how they may take the kick off out of the game. Talk of how the players are bigger and faster with more injuries.
Not trying to be a downer.

Wow, both Harbough (sp?) boys have teams in the championships! I have a new plan. I now want to see a SF/Baltimore SB.

I blew it, 0-2 so far
