11 years in the making- 70' SS
Hey guys, this was my original project vehicle. Been working on it for 11 years as I got it for a father/son project when I was in heading into my freshmen year of high school. 11 years come and go when you scour countless junkyards and attend numerous auto swap meets. This summer we finally got it going. It has been a thrill to drive this with my father as he was the one who put the passion for restoration in my head. There are several things if I could do it all over again, that I would do different, but this project and of course my trucks, have taught me how to do a lot of restoration detailing that you just can't read about until you succeed and fail. The car is an original SS 454 ls5, th400, cowl induction car. Right now, it's all about enjoying it and finishing small details. Just thought you might like to see what else I spend money on, besides GAS!
