cleaning frame???
pulled my front end today. i heard a few guys using oven cleaner to clean the frame/suspension. will this eat up the bushings? i want to reuse most of this as it is only 1 1/2 years old. i will be replacing tie rod ends and such though, thanks again for the help, eric.

I've used it on chassis and engines with no "eating" issues on either.
I also use GUNK engine brite too, works good and cheap, but not near as aggresive as Oven Cleaner is. Make sure to thoroughly regrease any suspension stuff with lots of new grease to flush out any residual cleaner that may have worked it's way into the part.

Engine cleaner (gunk I think) and a borrowed pressure washer worked great for me.
