Choke
While I'm on the subject of elec. chokes, I've got a question.
If I adjust the richness/ leaness tension, would this affect fast idle in anyway? |

Yes
Most chokes have multistep idle cames, i.e. the colder it gets the more open it holds the throttle.
If the choke is fully engaged, i.e. on the highest step, the idle should be around 2200 RPMs. When the choke is fully disengaged about 500 RPMs in drive. When the choke is partially engaged the RPMs may be somewhere between these 2. Look at the cam behind the Electric choke where the fast idle screw rest when the choke is engaged. My original Qjet had several steps on the cam.
