Unhappy If your an investor in summit, your company is now 1600 richer

I'm probably going to regret this but my dad loaned me about 16 Benjamin Franklins to get my 400 running. I got heads, rocker arms, push rods, bolts, gaskets, ignition parts, if you can need it its on the way to my house. What sucks is I have 1000 dollar set of heads coming and the 1st thing I have to do is have steam holes drilled in them. They are supposed to be here by friday, maybe wednesday. I just hope the FedEx isn't too hung over when he gets to my packages.

Building a 377? I have a built one I had in my 55 drag car. Awesome motors. The carb is hard to tune tho. Two 4's solved that.
By the way,I'm not a dividend collector from Summit, but I too have invested several $$.

What's to regret. You'll remember that truck for the rest of your life. The 100 dollar bills all look the same, and you can always get more of them.

I'm building a 415. I thought about a 377. Kind of like that high ringing 302 but more power......but figured more cubic inches would be better overal all. What kind of numbers can your car run?

I keep telling myself it will be worth it. My dad just keeps hoping this damn motor will stay together. We've ran into all kind of issues with this stroker kit. Most of it is because speedomotive was not truthful with us. Live and learn, won't make that mistake again.
