Is your current dash trashed? Looks like it would be easier to convert current dash to AC rather than replace whole dash. All you need is the 3 holes for the vents. I don't think there is any difference in the AC/non-Ac dash besides the vent holes? Maybe somebody else knows for sure.

Hole you cut in your firewall.
Heres the holes I cut for the passenger vent and the center vent. I cut these holes with a saber saw. Another pic I took of the holes I cut. Passenger A/C vent after I painted the inside and got new vents. Center vent. Drivers vent. Its not fun converting these over to A/C, but its not that difficult, just measuring and double measuring everything. I'm still working on this, getting the vacuum operated vents and cables lined out. If you have any other questions i'll try to answer them for ya.
