14 Bolt for the Off Roader...SHAVED!!!!

Well finished a new project/ product. We will be adding this to our site this year. Not sure of a price yet, but do know the customer will supply the empty housing. Or it will cost a little more if we supply it..

No more 14 bolt hanging lower that you dana 44 or dana 60 up front.
We have shaved about 2- 2 1/2" off the bottom( great for the rock climber that wants a strong axle but didn't like the low point of the diff)

We have also added a stronger Diff cover to it also. So no more worries about bashing a rock and ripping your diff cover. This is better than a Rock ring.

What do you guys think?

The cover is a 3/8" ring around
3/8" in the center over the ring gear.
1/4" plates on the sides of the center.

Ours is a 1/2" plate machined for 40 thousands for ring clearance
on the bottom.
we remove about 2" off the bottom.
You gain about 1 1/2" ground clearance.
Ours is also Welded by a certified cast welder.

You still have a 1/2" thick plate to seal against..

Thanks guys
This isn't really the novice type job to try.
