Kattdaddy, I have just completed this conversion on my 70.
I used Belltech 3" drop spindles, rotor, caliper, etc. for 73 model. The outer tierod will be 73 and from the inner tierod will be 70 model. The 73 uses larger adjuster than the 70. hence 73 on one end 70 on the other. Fatman Fabrications in Charlotte, NC made them up for $50. FYI
