Looks like old school centerlines to me. I had them on my old Challenger.

that style was made by numerous wheel companies, they were popular in the 80's. most are copied from centerlines before centerline made street legal wheels. those rusty studs are ornamental, pressed in and can be removed. you could replace them with something that won't rust (stainless - that may be more costly that they are worth, unless you're really attached to them. i have some similar to that on my GTO, but mine have 5 big holes in the center section (Enkei brand), and my studs are made of aluminum, thus evading this rust issue.

If those are real centerlines, the studs are not ornamental. The wheels on my challenger were 2 piece wheels. If they are knock-offs, they most likely are ornamental. Real centerlines say "Centerline" by the lug nuts. I used to have a small stack of fake centerlines but I got rid of them years ago. I've seen them at garage sales and swap meets.
It was a great car. I got rid of the car in when I was in college in '89. Some drunk chick side-swiped it when it was parked. Luckly, she left a note. I chose to sell it and use the money to get something more practial rather than rebuild.

They look like American Racing's version of the Centerline Wheels, they're also know for the rust problem as they get older. The one's I've seen were just surface rust and could be cleaned up fairly easily

Try calling up Jegs. Every time I go into the west side store I am amazed at what they have on display that is not in the catalog or on line.

Believe it or not, CLR and a old toothbrush will work, it will not damage the alluminum but will take off the rust on the steel rivets (take thr rims off the truck and lay them down). Once they are clean, use a polishing compound to keep the moisture off in the future.

if they are rusted too bad, could you possibly de-rust and maybe paint em black.
