Gas Mileage help!!
Since I've got my 89 K5 Silverado I've been getting about 10MPG. I have 33-12.5-15 tires(it was getting about the same MPG with 31's), 3.42 gears, still got the auto hubs, TBI 350-700R4(rebuilt), and 131K miles on the clock.
Things I've done- New air filter,(wasnt one on there when i bought the truck), new fuel pump, filter, and tank. Since I've changed the tank, pump, and filter I havent checked the mileage yet(just done yesterday). What can I do for better MPG, or is 10 about the best i can get?

you didnt make mention of how you drive it.... want mpg.. feather that throttle everywhere you go. People may get made cause you are driving like an old lady. but did you ever stop and think.. maybe they know something we dont?
anyways dont get in and out of the throttle, keep your speed to where you can lightly keep your foot on the pedal and keep a constant speed..make sure tires are at proper pressure...windows up, a/c-heat is off...

I usually stay at one speed, on the throttle as light as possible. I dont always jump on the gas. O/D is used down hills and on flats when goin over 45MPH.
Do auto hubs kill mileage at all?

The auto hubs should not effect your mileage as long as they are dissengaged. When they are not engaged and you're running in 2-HI it's like running a 2WD except with the added weight.

Try running a high quality fuel injector cleaner through it. I'm getting almost 12mpg in my 79 without overdrive so I would think you could do better than that.
